1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Let's Loyal is a loyalty platform operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern the use of the platform by businesses that offer loyalty cards, creators who distribute them, and customers who hold them. By creating an account or adding a card to your wallet you accept these terms.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are created with a mobile number verified by a one-time code. Business owners and platform administrators must enable a second factor. You are responsible for the devices and people you allow to act on your account, including staff you invite and the PINs you give them.
3. Loyalty cards and points
Businesses define how points and stamps are earned and redeemed. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred except where the platform expressly provides for it, and expire after twelve months without activity. A business may end its programme; the platform will tell affected customers in advance where it can.
4. Creator distribution and attribution
Creators share links that attribute new customers to them once, when the customer first joins a business. Attribution follows the platform's rules (a single-use code, a recent click on the same device, or none) and is decided by the platform, not by the parties. Self-referrals, fake sign-ups and manipulated visits are prohibited and lead to frozen earnings and account closure.
5. Creator earnings and payouts
Creator earnings are marketing commissions calculated from verified purchases according to the split the business and the platform set. Earnings are held during a review window before they become available, and paid by bank transfer after identity verification, or as points at a business. Payouts are made from amounts the business has settled with the platform. The platform issues self-billing tax invoices on the creator's behalf.
6. Business subscriptions and settlements
Businesses pay a monthly subscription for their plan and a monthly settlement invoice for creator shares and the platform commission, plus VAT where it applies. Unpaid settlements past the grace period suspend the accrual of new creator earnings until paid. The platform may suspend or close a business account that breaches these terms.
7. Acceptable use and liability
You may not use the platform to mislead customers, to process payments the platform does not support, or to interfere with its security. The platform is provided as described; to the extent permitted by law, the platform's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes, law and contact
The platform may update these terms with notice on this page. The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to the platform through the contact details published on this site.
