About the points economy

By default the customer earns 3% of every verified bill as points and the creator 2%; the platform keeps a 40% commission deducted from both shares, so the business pays a fixed 5%. Administrators set the ranges, and customers who join through your own QR code carry no platform share.

Is VAT included?: Prices exclude VAT. Invoices apply the rate of your country: 5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia, 10% in Bahrain, 5% in Oman, none in Kuwait and Qatar.
What is the monthly settlement invoice?: A separate invoice for the creator shares and the platform commission of the month, computed from the ledger. It comes with a printable invoice in Arabic and English, and a ZATCA-ready XML for Saudi businesses.
What happens if a settlement invoice stays unpaid?: After a grace period of 14 days new creator earnings stop accruing and held earnings stay held until the invoice is paid. Your customers keep their cards and points throughout.
Can I cancel and take my data?: Yes. Cancel from the dashboard; your activity, members and exports stay available to download, and the cards keep working until the end of the paid period.
